Senior Legal Document Specialist

Virginia Business Formation requires that all of its Senior Legal Document Specialists have paralegal certification or prior experience working in a corporate department of a law firm or in-house legal department. Responsibilities include:


• Preparing LLC and corporate formation documents
• Maintaining relationships with representatives at the Virginia State Corporation Commission
• Reviewing Virginia LLC and corporation laws and regulations
• Updating company procedure manuals and improving processing methodologies
• Working with other staff to address customer questions
 

Qualifications:
• BA/BS Degree
• Paralegal Certification or Legal Experience
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Word Processing Experience (Microsoft Office)
• Self-starter who works well without supervision.
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in working with legal paperwork, including forms and filing procedures.

 

 

Customer Service Representative

VirginiaBusinessFormation is seeking a Customer Service Representative


Responsibilities include:

  • At least 2 years of phone-based customer service experience
  • Excellent oral communications skills
  • Ability to use customer service software, tools and systems to provide accurate, and timely service solutions.
  • Summarize customer inquiries for follow-up and tracking purposes.
  • Consistently demonstrate positive and professional behaviors to drive customer satisfaction.
    Functional excellence in customer support systems, processes and procedures.
  • Ability to utilize strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience or interest in business law preferred.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
